Składanie reklamacji, odwołań i skarg.

All customers of the Research & Development Center RCC Ltd. have the rights:

  • to refer to,
  • make a complaint,

at every stage of the test procedure from the decision of Research and Development Center RCC Ltd.

An appeal or complaint must be lodged in writing form.

All references and complaints of suppliers, organizations / clients are considered at the Research and Development Center RCC Ltd. in accordance with the principle of protection of the interests of the supplier, organization / customer.

The appeal should be brought to the President of the Board of the Research and Development Center RCC Ltd. within 14 days from the date of receipt of the decision.

The customer is informed about the results of the appeal / complaint procedure within 30 days of receipt of the letter.

Records regarding all appeals and complaints are recorded and stored by Research and Development Center RCC Ltd.

In disputable cases, the General Court shall decide in accordance with the seat of the Research and Development Center RCC Ltd.

Submitting, considering and deciding on appeals and complaints does not result in any discriminatory actions against the complainant or appeal.
